Cut the meat into pieces (in the size of an egg). Heat the oil and when it is hot, add the meat. Once golden, add the tomato and mix until everything is slightly fried. Mix the ground paprika. Then put the water, vegetables, saffron and salt. Leave to boil for 20 minutes over a medium heat. Add the rice, distributing it evenly in the pan. Light the fire for 10 minutes and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Once the rice is dry, let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
