In the grinding chamber your cereals and your flour will come into contact only with the wood. All grinding chambers are made of solid untreated beech wood. The wood has, as it is known, a strong antibacterial effect. Also for the treatment of the surface only organic beeswax oil is used (no linseed or artificial oil paint).
All our love belongs to the natural granite millstone! However, the production of our mills with a natural stone mill is more expensive than the production of those with artificial millstones. For this reason we offer as an alternative also the most convenient mills with ceramic and corundum grinders.
Very easy to adjust with one hand. Adjustment of grinding fineness can also be activated during grinding. The engine that drives the mills is of Austrian quality.

For thousands of years people have grinded wheat with natural stone - until today! Mostly mills with an artificial ceramic and corundum mill are commercially available. Artificial grinders have not only the advantage of lower production costs, but they do not even require manual changes except in rare cases. Furthermore, installation in the mill takes less time. Despite this we remain in the belief of wanting to also use natural stones in relation to the positive characteristics of granite.
