Through a chemical-physical treatment plant, the waste water deriving from the various processes is also treated. After treatment and before re-entry into the water network, the waters are channeled into a small lake populated by fish fauna, whose vitality guarantees the positive outcome of the purification process. For processing waters containing more harmful acids and chemicals, and for which internal disposal is not possible, Mori 2A relies on the collaboration of specialized companies, investing part of its resources for the treatment of over 170,000 liters of industrial wastewater.
