How does the Megahome water distiller work?
Fill the Megahome unit with a gallon of water, press the button and let it purify the water in the best possible way, through steam distillation.
The Megahome distiller uses 580 watts of electricity to bring the water to 100 ° C (boiling point) at which point the water begins to evaporate, leaving behind all the impurities.
The boiling chamber, condensation lid, and condensation coils are constructed of high quality 304 or 18/8 stainless steel to ensure long life and purity.
After completing the distillation cycle, the Megahome unit switches off automatically and is controlled by a thermostat. The thermostat also protects the appliance from overheating, so even if you stop the unit halfway through the cycle or forget to put the water in, the distiller will shut off automatically.
