Ernesto uses the system of overlapping baskets and an innovative valve that, placed in the lower part of the heating element, allows to regulate the flow of air to increase and decrease its flow.
The Ernesto dryer includes:
- Stainless steel heating base with valve on the bottom;
- Stainless steel lid with valve;
- 1 stainless steel basket.
100% stainless steel construction
Ernesto is totally in stainless steel, therefore 100% hygienic and robust, it is equipped with 4 feet with non-slip rubber (or wheels) and can be laid on any surface. The
totally stainless steel construction, 500 W resistance and the fan guarantee extreme strength and efficiency.
The
possibility to stack the baskets guarantees a great load capacity.
The basket , also entirely in stainless steel, has 900 square cm of surface.
The innovative lid allows to regulate the flow, increasing or decreasing the air circle. This regulation, combined with the thermostat, allows to configure Ernesto to the best in order to be able to successfully dry any food.
Ernesto
can work 24 hours a day , without any problem: it is the total absence of plastic to allow it. It is not subject to softening, breakage, cracks and does not transmit the bad smell of plastic to the food.
