The TST (Two-Stage Sequential Temperature-Timer) technology allows this dryer to perfectly dry even foods with a high water content. In fact, foods with a lot of water need to
start drying at a high temperature to avoid fermentation .
TST technology alternates high temperature drying phases with low temperature phases . Reduces dehydration times and prevents overheating of food.
